Any weddings booked before December 31, 2011 receives choice of one of following houses:
 
 
 


  • Weddings must have minimum of 50 attendees
  • Wedding must include Beach Wedding & Reseption
  • Wedding must take place in  Nov. Dec. 2011 or Jan. Feb. 2012
  • Renter is responsible for cleaning fees and taxes
  • Rental includes 2 days with option of renting 3rd day & getting 4th day FREE!
